国内外档案多级著录的比较研究

摘要

档案著录是档案信息组织的核心,实现档案的多级著录是实现档案信息资源高效利用的必由之路。我国的档案著录还未能实现多级著录,著录工作中还存在着许多问题。本文从著录规则、著录实践、著录流程出发,对我国当前档案多级著录现状和国外现状进行对比,剖析我国未能实现档案多级著录的问题及原因,并提出相应有效的改良对策。

Abstract

Archival description is the core of archival information organization, and multilevel description is the essential access to making use of archival resource with high efficiency. Archival multilevel description in China hasn’t been accomplished, and there are still some problems in archival description. This paper, in terms of rules, practice as well as process of description, compares the present situation of multilevel description between China and foreign counterpart. Problems and reasons are deeply analyzed, and corresponding practical suggestions are proposed in the end.
