针对“互联网+档案”理论与实践的三点思考

摘要

国家档案信息资源体现着国家的主权,档案工作的特点决定了所有在此行当中的人都应该谨慎。许多从事实际工作的同志希望关键保密技术没有解决之前,档案上互联网最好“稳着点”。本文建议在国家档案主管部门的率领下,通过多部门、跨学科联合攻关,有效解决“互联网+档案”的技术壁垒,拿出《“互联网+档案”工作指南》《“互联网+档案”操作规范》,积极稳妥地推进“互联网+档案”的实际工作。

Abstract

The archival information of a nation partially embodies the nation’s sovereignty, so everyone in the field should be more careful and prudent. Many of our comrades engaged in the practical work harbor a common wish that uploading archives onto the internet should be more slowly and steadily before the consummation of confidentiality technology. The paper proposes an general outline suggesting that under the guidance of national archives in charge, documents like“Internet Plus Archives” Work Guideline and Operating Manual for “Internet Plus Archives” should be presented through the cooperation of concerned offices and scientific fields to smash the technical barrier in Internet Plus Archives, which would steadily and prudently promote the practical work of Internet Plus Archives.
