基于云的文件和档案管理问题研究

摘要
从确保我国文件档案形成和管理机构应用云服务的安全性、可靠性和真实性出发,对目前机构运用云计算管理文件和档案出现的问题进行分析,主要包括信息环境变化、双刃剑效应、可信任和法规标准问题,分析问题的成因和主要应对,为我国文件档案管理机构积极引进和运用云服务进行电子文件管理,提供思路和启示。
Abstract
To ensure the security, reliability and authenticity of records and archives management in the cloud computing environment for our institutions, the paper conducts an analysis of records and archives management problems in the cloud, including information environment changing, double-edged sword effect, and trustfulness, laws and regulations. It also analyzes the reasons and strategies of these problems in the aim of providing ideas and inspirations for our record and archives agencies to actively introduce and use cloud services in electronic records management.
