统筹视域下的档案文化休闲利用与服务研究

摘要

档案文化休闲利用在我国已经由学术讨论发展到实践探索,处于萌芽阶段的利用实践迫切需要站在宏观和战略的高度进行顶层设计和统篇布局。在前期理论梳理和实践研究的基础上,文章首先运用了统筹规划方法对档案文化休闲进行了工作结构分解,提出了档案管理业务系统改造的思路,继而以统筹对象入手,从主体相容、客体优化、环境适应三个方面开展档案文化休闲利用与服务的统筹安排。

Abstract

Archives utilization of cultural leisure has transformed from academic discussion to practical exploration. Practice in the embryonic stage cries for top-level design and layout on the macroscopic standpoint and strategic view. On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical research, in this paper, firstly, the overall planning method is used for WBS(work breakdown structure) of archives cultural leisure. Thoughts on the reform of archives management business system are proposed. Then, from the three aspects of subject compatibility, object optimization and environmental adaptation, the overall arrangement of archives utilization and service in cultural leisure is carried out.
