民国档案文件级目录基础体系的构建策略

摘要

民国档案的特殊地位决定了它的重要性,民国档案文件级目录基础体系建设,是“十三五”时期国家重点档案保护与开发工作的主要内容之一,文件级目录对于档案信息的揭示有着案卷级目录所无法比拟的优势。本文介绍了当前国内民国档案文件级目录的研究建设现状和建设目标,梳理了重点建设内容,总结论述了建设思路和实施建设原则等相关问题。

Abstract

The particular position of China’s Republican Era archives determines its significance. Basic documental-class catalogue system construction of the Republican Era archives is one of the major assignments on protecting and developing key archives during the 13th Five-Plan period in China. The documental-class catalogue has unusual advantage to display useful information of archives over the dossier-class catalogue. This paper presents current domestic status on research and construction and its target; it conducts several essential construction aspects involved; it summarizes and discusses correlative issues, such as constructing train of thoughts, practical construction principles and approaches, and so on.
