摘要
本文介绍了国外在档案课程中引入社会公平概念的相关理论研究,并以美国威斯康星大学档案基础课程的教学方法和三项学习活动为例,提出了对我国档案教育的启示：更新教学理念、调整专业设置、改革教学方式,以期更好地为构建社会公平保障体系服务。
