摘要

本文主要通过对各科研项目档案保管单位的馆藏数量、科研项目档案公开的情况、档案利用的范围、数字化程度以及制约科研项目档案公开因素的探讨与分析,意在制定相关规定与标准,提出相关可行性建议,推动科研项目档案的公开,为构建科技档案资源共享平台提供基础保障。

Abstract

This article discusses and analyzes the current situation of scientific research project archives publication from the following aspects: collection quantity of various scientific research archives storage units, the publication of scientific research project archives, archives utilization, digitized level and the factors restricting the publication of scientific research project archives. It is meant to formulate related regulations and standards, proposes related suggestions, promotes the publication of scientific research project archives and provides basic guarantee of building science and technology archives resources sharing platform.
