档案工作者工作满意度与主观幸福感相关研究——以辽宁省数据为例

摘要

本文运用《中国城市居民主观幸福感量表（简本）》及自编《档案工作者满意度量表》在辽宁省档案系统内9个单位实地调查所得数据,分析档案工作者的工作满意度对主观幸福感的相关性影响。结果显示：档案工作者的主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平,档案工作者工作满意度等各维度对主观幸福感有显著的预测效应,自我实现满意度这一维度对主观幸福感的影响最为显著。

Abstract

This article utilizes the survey data from 9 branches of archival institution administrations in Liaoning Province by the subjective well-being scale for Chinese citizens (SWBS-CC20) and the self-made job satisfactory scale for archivists for correlation analysis of job satisfaction and subjective well-being of archivists. The results imply that: the subjective well-being of archives is on an above median level, and the job satisfactory of archivists has positive effect on subjective well-being, and the effect of self-fulfilling satisfaction is the most significant.
