摘要

程长源编著的《县政府档案管理法》被称为民国档案13本经典著作之一。本文阐述了《县政府档案管理法》的写作背景、内容结构以及程长源在档案行政、人员要求、分类编目、工作环节、方法步骤等方面提出的新思想,以期从档案学经典著作中汲取精华,为当今档案学的发展提供借鉴。

Abstract

The Archives Management of the County Government by Cheng Changyuan is called as one of the thirteen classics of archival science in the Republic of China. This paper elaborates writing background and content structure of the book. The article expounds Cheng Changyuan’s new ideas on fields including archives administration, personnel requirements, catalog, work procedure, methods steps. The purpose is to learn from the essence of classic works of archival science and provides reference for the development of today’s archival science.
