摘要

目前由于各方面原因,我国对电子档案尚未建立科学高效的安全保障体系。针对此问题,本文在满足电子档案质量的真实性、完整性、安全性和可用性的要求上,研发了适用于电子档案的专用保障系统,以可视化的电子档号章的形式表现,通过数字签名,实现了电子档案的防伪造、防篡改和防抵赖,实现了电子档案获得与传统纸质档案同样作用的核心凭证价值。

Abstract

Because of various reasons at present, a scientific and efficient security system for the electronic archives has not been established in China. To address these problems, this article supplies the demand of the authenticity, integrity, security and availability of electronic archives quality, and researches and develops a special security system that applies to electronic archives, which performs the form of visual electronic record ID seal, and in the presence of digital signature, the system could realize the anti-forgery, tamper-resist and anti-denial ability of electronic archives, and serve the core values of evidence, which have equal validity with the paper archives.
