美国工业遗产档案管理现状及启示——以美国奥利弗钢铁公司为例

摘要
工业遗产档案是研究工业发展历程的重要参考资料,目前我国工业遗产档案管理尚处于起步阶段。文章首先基于当前国内外工业遗产档案研究对工业遗产档案进行定义,随后以美国奥利弗钢铁公司档案为例,介绍了美国工业遗产档案收集、分类、编制检索指南和开放利用的管理实践,最后结合国内外工业遗产档案文献研究和案例研究,总结分析当前国内外工业遗产档案管理所面临的挑战,并得出对我国工业遗产档案管理的启示。

Abstract
Industrial heritage archives are important references for the study of industrial development process. However, industrial heritage archives management in China is still at its initial stage. Firstly, this paper defines industrial heritage archives based on the domestic and foreign industrial heritage archival research at present, then takes Oliver Iron and Steel Company archives management as a representative case to analyze the collection, classification, finding aids, opening and utilization of industrial heritage archives in the United States. Last but not least, based on literature review and case studies, it summarizes the challenges faced by the domestic and foreign industrial heritage archives management and gives propositions for industrial heritage archives management in China.
