摘要

调研表明,我国科技档案管理思想意识落后,法规标准缺失;科技档案工作监督管理力度小,纳入与验收制度未健全;科技档案收集归档难度大,开发利用程度低,资源整合共享困难;科技档案组织机构不健全,人才队伍无保障。

Abstract

Research shows that present problems of China’s sci-tech archives system include the lagging notions of sci-tech archives management, the absence of regulations and standards and the lagging of specialized laws and regulations, limited supervision of sci-tech archives management, imperfect regulations for sci-tech archives checking and accepting management, the difficulties in collecting and archiving sci-tech archives, low level of sci-tech archives development and utilization, difficulties in sci-tech archives integrating and sharing, imperfect system of sci-tech archives organizations and unguaranteed of talent group for sci-tech archives management.
