大数据时代档案学教育的新常态与实践拓展

摘要

大数据不仅是一种资源,一种技术,还是一种新思维。大数据时代对于档案工作既是机遇,也是挑战,尤其是对档案意识、档案实体管理、档案资源处置、电子文档管理、档案专业人才等形成了巨大冲击。相应地,档案学教育也呈现出了大数据常态,突出表现为教学观念的开放化和共享化、教学内容的多元化、教学方式的互动化与情景化、教学资源的海量有序化、学科交叉融合化等。基于这种新常态,档案学教育亟须实践拓展,要着重转变档案学教学思维,重构档案学课程内容,创新档案人才培养模式,构筑档案学教学平台,完善档案学教学方式方法。

Abstract

Big data is not only a kind of resource and a type of technology, but also a new thinking, which brings both opportunity and challenge to archival work, especially has a huge impact on archival consciousness, archival entity management, disposition of archival information resource, electronic document management, training mode for archival professionals, etc. Accordingly, education of archival science also presents the normality of big data, which is mainly manifested as the opening and sharing of teaching concepts, the diversification of teaching content, interactive and situational teaching methods, the ordering of massive teaching resources, the interaction and fusion of sciences, etc. Based on this new normality, education of archival science urgently needs practical development, thought transformation in teaching concepts of archival science, reconstruction in course content of archival science, innovative training modes for archival professionals, building of an education platform to archival science, and improvement in teaching methods of archival science.
