欧美科技档案管理的经验借鉴

摘要
本文调查了美国、欧盟的科技档案管理（或科技信息管理）情况及特点。欧美科技档案管理的先进经验启示我们:应该重视科技档案的情报价值,重视相关法规制度建设,注重科技信息资源的集成管理,重视国家科技档案数据库建设,重视多元主体共建共享,重视网络信息技术的应用。

Abstract
This article investigates and analyzes the status and characteristics of sci-tech archives (or sci-tech information) management in America and European Union. Their advanced experience in sci-tech archives management indicates us to attach great importance to: the special information value of sci-tech archives, construction of related laws and regulations, integrated management of sci-tech information resources, building of sci-tech archives database, co-construction and sharing with participation of multi-subjects, application of network information technology.
