基于分众传播的档案网站服务研究

摘要

从分众传播的角度来看,档案网站在信息状态、检索功能、传播模式、更新频率等方面还存在着很多不足。本文在分析NARA网站基础之上,提出档案网站应运用分众传播理念,从划分用户组、丰富检索工具、策划服务方案到建立用户反馈机制等几个途径提升其服务能力。

Abstract

From the aspect of demassify communication, there are still pressing issues that should be improved in archive websites in terms of information status, search function, mode of transmission, update frequency and so on. On the basis of analyzing NARA website, this article puts forward that archive websites should use the demassify communication idea, and improve its service ability from following channels: subdividing the user groups, enriching search tools, planning services programs, setting the feedback system of user information.
