西北边疆民族地区濒危汉文历史档案保护研究

摘要

在漫长的历史过程中,西北边疆民族地区形成了丰富的汉文历史档案。由于自然、历史、人才、经济、体制和国外等因素的影响该地区汉文历史档案面临着损失、流失和消亡等困境。我们通过启动该地区濒危汉文历史档案的数字化保护工程、整合行政资源、建立多元保护模式、构建完整保护体系、完善流失海外的西北边疆汉文历史档案的征集与追索和共同研究机制等对策,以期保护西北边疆民族地区濒危汉文历史档案,最终实现中华文化尤其是汉文化在西北边疆民族地区的传承和发展。

Abstract

In the long course of history, there have been abundant Chinese historical archives in the northwestern minority regions. Due to the natural, historical, economic, institutional and foreign factors, Chinese historical archives in this area are facing great losses. With the digital protection project, launched in the area of endangered Chinese historical archives, the integration of administrative resources, the establishment of multiple protection mode, we are trying to build a complete protection system, improve the collection strategies and the mechanism of the cooperative study on the overseas Chinese historical archives of the northwestern frontier. By protecting the endangered Chinese historical archives is minority nationality regions, we could achieve the ultimate realization of Chinese culture especially the inheritance and development of Han culture in the minority nationality regions.
