档案学专业校外人才培养基地建设研究——以北京联合大学档案学专业为例

摘要

校外人才培养基地脱胎于传统的校外实习基地,但其在与高校合作的广度和深度方面都远胜于后者。论文以北京联合大学档案学专业为例,在深入分析校外人才培养基地的内涵、建设的必要性、可行性等问题的基础上,从体系构建、管理模式、运行模式和保障机制等四个方面探讨了校外人才培养基地建设的具体策略。

Abstract

Off-campus talent-training base is better than the traditional off-campus practice base in terms of breadth and depth of cooperation with colleges, which based on the latter one. Taking the archives major in Beijing Union University as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the meanings of off-campus talent-training base, the necessity and feasibility of construction and discusses the specific strategies of off-campus talent-training base construction from four aspects: construction of system, management mode, working mode and safeguard mechanism.
