论土地制度对徽州历史档案传世留存的影响

摘要

土地档案占徽州历史档案的绝大部分,土地制度对徽州历史档案的留存传世有着全面而深刻的影响。本文在分析徽州土地制度及其演变过程的基础上,梳理土地制度影响下产生的档案,并从观念导向、诉讼需求、价值传递和制度保障四个方面分析土地制度对徽州历史档案传世留存的影响。

Abstract

With land archives accounting for most of Huizhou historical archives, the land system has a comprehensive and profound impact on Huizhou historical archives’ retained. Based on the analysis of Huizhou land system and its evolution, this paper reviews the files generated under the impact of the land system,and then analyzes the influence of the land system to Huizhou historical archives retained from four aspects: concept-orientation,litigation needs,value delivery and institutional guarantee.
