摘要

本文通过梳理2015年国外重要档案年会的主题,分析各国年会主题的内容特点;并概括出当前国内外档案工作的特点和走势——在现实层面脚踏实地、应变固本;在理想层面仰望星空、期许愿景。应变是指应对技术挑战,重点关注档案信息的安全、可信;应对环境挑战,重点关注档案守护道德、法律的作用。固本是指坚守档案的立身之本——证据、可信;坚守档案职业的立身之本——遵从法律、尊重道德。仰望星空是指思考档案的边界何在,期许愿景是指思考档案地平线延向何方。

Abstract

This article lists and analyzes themes and content characteristics of 2015 archival annual conferences, and further generalizes the characteristics and trends of domestic and foreign archives work - in realistic level, down to earth and strain consolidate; in an ideal facet, looking up at the starry sky and expecting to the vision of the future. For the former, Coping with change refers to responding to technical challenges, focusing on security and trustworthiness of archival information; responding to environmental challenges, focusing on the moral and legal role of archives. Firm of root refers to insist on the foundation of archives-evidence, credibility; insist on the foundation of archival profession - comply with the law and respect for ethics. For the latter, Looking up at the starry sky refers to considering where the edge of archives is. The vision of the future refers to where the extension of archives horizon.
