摘要

本文对不动产档案、不动产登记档案、不动产关联档案等概念进行梳理,界定了这些概念的内涵和主要形式,以期为不动产登记条例的全面实施提供档案理论基础。

Abstract

This article probes into the concepts of the real estate archives, the archives of real estate registration,and real estate related archives. It also explains the connotation of these concepts and their main forms,which provides archival theoretical basis for the full application of The Real Estate Uniform Registration Rule.
