档案工作中的志愿服务探析——以英国档案志愿服务为例

摘要

随着时代发展与社会进步,志愿服务逐渐在档案工作中应用并发挥重要作用。本文通过介绍英国档案志愿服务并与我国相关领域志愿服务开展情况进行对比,分析当前国内档案志愿服务开展所面临的问题并提出几点建议,以资参考。

Abstract

With the era development and social progress, voluntary service has gradually played important roles in archival work. By making a brief introduction of Great Britain about the archival voluntary service, and making contrast with its application in China, this article aims to analyze the obstacle in the application of archival voluntary service and proposes several suggestions for references.
