知识管理不能取代档案管理——再论档案管理与知识管理的关系

摘要
档案管理与知识管理在管理对象、管理目标、管理流程及支撑技术等方面存在着相同或相近之处。但笔者认为,档案管理是一项专业性较强的工作,具有悠久的历史、系统的理论体系和工作体系;档案管理与知识管理在起源、管理侧重点、工作性质、工作方式和评估方法等诸多方面存在着深刻的不同之处。因此,即使知识管理技术较为先进,也不能不加区别地全盘接受,而摒弃一切传统档案管理内容,档案知识管理是档案管理工作在人类社会进入知识经济时代的阶段性特征,知识管理不能取代档案管理工作。

Abstract
Some researchers pointed out that archives management and knowledge management are similar in goal, objective, procedure and key techniques. However, the authors prefer that archives management is a highly specialized work with long history, systematic methodology and working process. There are profound differences between archives management and knowledge management with respect to origins, work emphasis, characteristic, and procedure as well as evaluation approach. This papermakes deep insight of these differences between archives management and knowledge management. Archives management could not be replaced by knowledge management because of their different essence and characteristics. Hence, archives knowledge management is emerging within context of knowledge economy era.
