摘要

档案规范控制是档案知识管理的重要内容,关系到档案资源体系与利用体系等的建设。本文分别从档案专业视角与概念逻辑视角解析了档案规范控制的概念,并分析了档案规范记录嵌入集成式与专门独立式检索系统典型应用案例,最终为我国档案规范控制的标准化及其标准体系构建提出了多项建议,如包括：构建我国档案规范记录概念模型;制定我国档案规范记录需求规范;制定我国档案规范记录著录规则;制定我国档案规范记录编码标准,加强规范记录的共享,并推进档案规范记录的本体应用等。

Abstract

Archival norm control is an important content of archival knowledge management and it relates to the construction of archival resources system and using system, etc. This article analyzes concept of archival norm control from both views of archival science and conceptual logic. It also analyzes typical application cases of embedded archival norm description records and specific independent retrieval system. Most importantly, the article brings suggestions about standardization of Chinese archival norm control and construction of standards system, including establish conceptual model, requirements specification, description rules, and encoding format of Chinese archival norm record, for the hope to strengthen sharing and improve ontological application of archival norm records.
