在线文档中心：双轨制背景下的电子文件管理模式
Mode of Electronic Document Management under the Dual-track System: On line Document Center

摘要
本文基于双轨制背景,将电子文件的管理作了线上、线下之区分,提出了线上构建区域文档中心,线下成立联合档案室的构想,并讨论了在线文档中心之定位、实现动机及命名缘由。

Abstract
Based on the “dual-track”system, the management of electronic documents could be classified into on line and off line. This paper proposes the creation of regional on line document center as counterpart to the off line joint records repository,and discusses the function and motivation of the on line document center.
