0式的档案信息资源整合原则与模式探析

摘要

随着互联网对档案信息资源整合影响的加深,探讨网络环境影响下档案信息资源整合是档案实践与理论所需。本文将梳理网络环境影响下的档案信息资源整合的背景与研究现状,分析构建新原则与模式的需求,提出web2.0式的档案信息资源整合原则与模式。对新原则与模式的探讨将基于对web2.0特点的分析,然后结合档案的基本要求与属性设定了整合原则。最后,提出当前已经形成的双线模式、互利模式、文化与权利模式,对模式的不足进行分析,并整合模式的未来走向：参与、互动、协作、融合。

Abstract

With the increasing impact of Internet on archival information resources integration, archival practice and theory calls for research on integration of archival information resources under the influence of network environment. This article sorts the background and current status of integration of archival information resources in the network environment, and analyzes the demand to build new principles and modes, and further proposes principles and modes of integration of archival information resources in web2.0 style. Moreover, it presents the study on the new principles and modes based on analysis of characteristics of web2.0, and then set integration principles by combining requirements and attributes of archives with characteristics of web2.0. Finally, the article summarizes main modes like two-line mode, mutually beneficial mode, as well as culture-right mode in current, analyzes the lack of current modes and proposes some trends to make up the current shortcomings in future modes: participation, interaction, collaboration and integration.
