摘要

高校科技档案管理工作日趋重要,但“四同步”却落不到实处。本文总结了高校科技档案工作中存在的四个方面突出问题,基于知识产权保护和制度层面进行了四个方面的原因分析,提出了保护知识产权破解高校科技档案工作瓶颈的工作设想和五条建议。

Abstract

University science and technology archives management is increasingly important. However, in reality, the“four synchronous” has not been effectively implemented. This paper summarizes the four outstanding issues existing in university science and technology archives management,analyzes four reasons from the perspective of intellectual property protection and system, and proposes five recommendations about strengthening intellectual property protection to break the bottleneck of university science and technology archives management.
