我国档案服务监理机构测评指标体系构建及应用研究

摘要

构建档案服务监理机构测评指标体系对于加强档案服务行业监管、保障档案服务项目顺利实施具有重要意义。首先基于德尔菲法对前期构建的我国档案服务监理机构概念指标体系进行了系统完善，其次结合层次分析法确定了各指标权重，最后利用该指标体系开展了当前我国档案服务监理机构现状测评应用研究。

Abstract

Constructing an evaluation index system for archival service supervision institutions is of great significance for strengthening the supervision of the archival service industry and ensuring the smooth implementation of archival service projects in China. First, based on the Delphi method, the conceptual index system for archival service supervision institutions in China was systematically improved, and then the weights of each index were determined by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）. Finally, the applied research on the current status evaluation of China's archival service supervision institutions was conducted by applying the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation（FCE）method to this index system.
