基于“大实践观”的档案学专业实践教学研究

摘要
“大实践观”以马克思实践哲学为根基，强调实践的情境性、社会性与反思性，为破解档案学专业实践教学长期存在的技能化、碎片化困境提供理论借鉴。通过文献分析与案例研究，揭示传统档案实践教学囿于技术训练、疏离社会需求等弊端，提出基于“大实践观”的“情境—社会—反思”三维教学模式重构路径，并综合分析国内外典型档案学实践教学现状，具体探究新质生产力赋能“大实践观”背景下档案学专业实践教学的实施思路与模式，以求为数智时代中国式档案现代化人才培养提供兼具学术深度与实践效度的解决方案，实现档案教育从“工具理性”向“价值理性”的跃升。

Abstract
Based on Marx's philosophy of practice and emphasizing the contextual, social and reflective nature of practice, the "Great Practice View" provides theoretical reference for solving the long-standing dilemma of skills and fragmentation in archival practice teaching. Through literature analysis and case studies, we reveal that traditional archival practice teaching is confined to technical training, detached from social needs and other shortcomings, put forward the reconstruction path of "context-social-reflective" three-dimensional teaching mode based on the concept of practice, and comprehensively analyze the current situation of typical archival practice teaching at home and abroad, and specifically explores the implementation ideas and modes of archival practice teaching under the background of "Great Practice View", in order to provide solutions with both academic depth and practical effectiveness for the cultivation of modernized talents in archives in the era of digital intelligence, and to realize the leap of archival education from "instrumental rationality" to "value rationality".
