工程项目BIM三维电子文件归档问题研究

摘要

本文探讨了工程项目BIM三维电子文件的归档问题。首先介绍了BIM在建设项目中的应用和其对建筑全生命周期管理的重要作用；其次分析了BIM三维电子文件的特点和现有归档研究状况与问题；再次，从“以用促存”的立足点出发，提出了BIM三维电子文件归档的对策，并指出良好的BIM管理可以实现建筑全生命周期管理，提升工程数据质量，推动工程建设信息化和智能化水平整体提升；最后，强调了数据化管理理念在BIM三维电子文件归档管理中的重要性与意义。

Abstract

This paper explores the issue of archiving BIM (Building Information Model) three-dimensional electronic records in engineering projects. The authors first introduce the application of BIM in construction projects and its significant role in managing building life-cycles. Then, the characteristics of BIM three-dimensional electronic records and existing research trends and issues in archiving are analyzed. Based on the principle of "promoting storage through utilization", the author proposes strategies for archiving BIM three-dimensional electronic files. It is emphasized that effective BIM management can achieve comprehensive building life cycle management, enhance the quality of project data, and promote the overall advancement of informationization and intelligence in engineering construction. Lastly, the importance and significance of the data management concept in the archiving of BIM three-dimensional electronic records are underscored.
