摘要

新时代背景下，公众精神需求层次提升，档案馆文化建设不足的问题凸显，制约档案事业高质量发展。探索内涵完整的档案馆文化建设的内容体系，辅助档案馆开展工作，方能助力档案馆在文化强国战略中展现档案作为。结合沙因文化层次划分的思想，档案馆文化建设的内核为档案社会记忆属性，其内容要素主要包含资源文化、组织文化、空间文化。新时代档案馆开展文化建设在资源上应重点挖掘红色档案、民生档案、名人档案、特色档案的价值，通过凝练档案人精神、档案馆精神促进组织文化培育，打造档案馆物理空间、数字空间，形成资源支撑、组织保障、空间一体的文化建设格局。

Abstract

In the new era, as the public's spiritual needs rise, the problem of inadequate cultural construction in archives has come to the fore, restricting the high-quality development of archives. Exploring a perfect content system of archives' culture construction to assist archives to carry out their work can help archives show archives' role in the strategy of cultural strengthening. Combined with the idea of Edgar Schein's Organizational Culture Model, the article argues that the core of archives' culture construction is the social memory attribute of archives, and its content elements mainly contain resource culture, organizational culture, and spatial culture. In the new era, archives should focus on exploring the value of red archives, livelihood archives, celebrity archives and characteristic archives in terms of resources; promoting organizational culture cultivation by condensing the spirit of archivists and archives; creating the physical space and digital space of archives to form a cultural construction pattern of resource support, organizational guarantee and space integration.
