摘要

《清朝续文献通考》是我国通史式政书“十通”中的最后“一通”，其所载的档案史史料以来源广泛、内容续“古”（古代）承“近”（近代）、善于“叙”“论”结合且注重古近对比、中外对比见称。其所载档案史史料真实地揭示了晚清档案与档案工作从古代跨入近代的各种变化过程，在档案机构、档案职官、新型档案载体，以及专门档案的出现、文书制度的变迁等方面都较完整地再现了晚清档案与档案工作近代化的历程，极具学术价值和史料价值。

Abstract

Qing Chao Xu Wen Xian Tong Kao is the final volume in China's comprehensive political history book series, the "Ten Volumes". The historical materials contained in this book on archival history have a wide range of sources, ranging from ancient to modern times. It combines narrative and critical analysis, paying particular attention to comparisons between ancient and modern practices and those between Chinese and foreign methods. The materials it contains truthfully reveal various changes that occurred as late Qing Dynasty archives and archival work transitioned from traditional to modern practices. It provides a relatively complete representation of the modernization process of late Qing Dynasty archives and archival work in such aspects as the emergence of archival institutions, archival officials, new archival carriers, special archives, and changes in the document system, which is of great academic and historical value.
