新《档案法》背景下我国世界记忆校园推广的“五微五阵地”建设探析

摘要
2020年6月20日新修订的《中华人民共和国档案法》对于加强档案宣传教育，尤其是开发利用馆藏档案进行爱国主义、集体主义、中国特色社会主义教育进行了专门表述，这为我国世界记忆校园推广提供了法律依据。本文在调研世界记忆校园推广的实践和研究现状后，提出“五微五阵地”建设构想：以世界记忆蕴含的先进思想为指引，将“微课堂”建成思想引领阵地；以世界记忆蕴含的先进理论为指引，将“微教材”建成理论传播阵地；以世界记忆蕴含的工匠精神为指引，将“微实践”建成创新体验阵地；以世界记忆蕴含的爱国精神为指引，将“微故事”建成精神唤醒阵地；以世界记忆蕴含的悠久历史为指引，将“微展览”建成记忆重构阵地。

Abstract
The newly revised Archives Law of the People's Republic of China on June 20, 2020 makes a special statement on strengthening the archives publicity and education, especially the development and utilization of archives for education of patriotism, collectivism and socialism with Chinese characteristics, which provides a legal basis for the campus promotion of Memory of the World in China. After investigating the current practice and research of campus promotion, the paper proposes the construction concept of "five micro-five positions". Guided by the advanced thoughts contained in Memory of the World, build the "micro classroom" into an ideological leading position; Guided by the advanced theory of Memory of the World, build "micro textbook" into a theoretical dissemination front; Guided by the craftsman spirit embodied in Memory of the World, build "micro practice" into an innovation experience front; Guided by the patriotic spirit contained in Memory of the World, build "micro story" into a spiritual awakening field; Guided by the long history contained in Memory of the World, the "micro exhibition" will be built into a position of memory reconstruction.
