Abstract

The red historical archives truly record the practical innovation of the victory of the revolution led by the CPC. Studying them can excavate their truthvalue and historical cultural connotation. In the war years, the CPC won the great economic struggle by Beihai coins, there must be an economic code of truth that can be solved. Genuine knowledge comes from practice, the magic weapon for the CPC to win the currency war （Beihai currency）is: Practice（issuing currency to carry out currency struggle）→ understanding（innovating currency theory or monetary system）→re practice（unifying currency market）→re understanding→re practice→re understanding→re practice, this fundamental compliance repeats itself ad infinitum. If currency war（implicit in military struggle）is regarded as a great practice or experiment of economic development in a special period, by looking back on Beihai bank's "past life" and "present life" and the road to truth explored by Beihai bank, we can provide ideological guidance for China to cope the struggle in the global currency market today.
