数据驱动视角下的电子文件单轨制管理研究

摘要
电子文件单轨制是档案工作数字转型的重要内容之一。面对当前机构在推进电子文件单轨制管理中遇到的种种问题,转换管理视角与理念是解决这些问题的关键。本文引入数据驱动视角,重新诠释了电子文件单轨制管理的理念,提出了“两个形成、一个整合”的电子文件单轨制管理目标,并结合实践案例总结出数据驱动视角下电子文件单轨制管理实施的四个关键节点,为我国机构电子文件单轨制管理提供借鉴与参考。
Abstract
Electronic records single-track management is one of the important elements of the digital transformation of archival work. In the face of the various problems encountered by the current institutions in promoting electronic records single-track management, the key to solving these problems is to change the perspective and idea of management. In this paper the author introduces a data-driven perspective to reinterpret the idea of electronic records single-track management and puts forward the management goal as "two formations and one integration". Based on this, with considering the practical requirements and best practices, the author summarizes the four key nodes of the implementation of electronic records single-track management from a data-driven perspective, which provides a reference for electronic records single-track management of institutions in China.
