基于SOR理论的学术型档案用户利用意愿研究

摘要

文章通过用户访谈法,在SOR理论的框架下,构建了基于SOR理论的学术型档案用户利用意愿模型。其中S指影响学术型档案用户利用意愿的外界刺激,包括“档案服务”“档案资源”“社会环境”三个一级标签;O为学术型档案用户特质和用户行为中介效应,其中用户特质包括“学术背景”“用户需求”“档案认知”“档案利用能力”四个一级标签,用户行为中介效应包括“情感中介”“认知中介”两个一级标签;R为利用行为,包括“积极行为”“中立行为”“消极行为”。本研究期望能为档案馆了解档案用户利用意愿和档案利用行为发生提供参考。

Abstract

Through the method of user interview, under the framework of SOR theory, this paper constructs an academic archives user utilization intention model based on SOR theory. S refers to the external stimulation that affects the use intention of academic archives users, including three primary labels of "archives service", "archives resources" and "social environment"; O refers to academic archives user characteristics and user behavior mediation effect, in which user characteristics include four first-class labels of "academic background", "user demand", "archives cognition" and "archives utilization ability", and user behavior mediation effect includes two first-class labels of "emotional mediation" and "cognitive mediation"; R refers to utilization behavior, including "positive behavior", "neutral behavior" and "negative behavior". This study is expected to provide reference for Archives to understand the utilization intention and behavior of archives users.
