红色档案资源开发与公民国家记忆培育

摘要

记忆是人的身份认同的基础。人的社会记忆,尤其是国家记忆是维系人的社会存在的重要条件。公共档案所承载的国家记忆赋予公共档案部门传承国家记忆、培育公民国家记忆的责任。公共档案部门应坚守为党管党、为国守史、为民服务的原则,通过红色档案资源开发服务于党史、国史编纂,立足红色档案编创红色故事、传播红色记忆,通过利用红色档案同歪曲党史和国史以及否定国家意识形态的行为进行斗争等途径来培育公民的国家记忆。

Abstract

Memory is the basis of human identity. People's social memory, especially national memory, is an important condition for maintaining people's social existence. The national memory carried by public archives endows the public archives department with the responsibility of inheriting the national memory and cultivating the national memory of citizens.
