国家综合档案馆中介性功能的理论探析

摘要

从信息传递层面审视既往关于档案馆功能探究中的诸多观点,发现档案馆在档案信息传递过程中发挥着中介性功能。本文基于认识档案馆中介性功能的必要性,从中介理论和外部表征两个方面论述档案馆具有中介性功能的合理依据,在区别其他中介性机构的基础上,分析档案馆在实现中介性功能上具有非营利性、公共性、非显性以及保真传递的特点。理论揭示档案馆的中介性功能不仅能拓展研究视野,也在一定程度上为档案馆转型提供理论方向。

Abstract

Examining many previous views on the investigation of the functions of archives from the perspective of information transmission, it is found that the archives play an intermediary function in the process of archival information transmission. Based on the necessity of recognizing the information intermediary function of archives. Discuss the rational basis for the function of information intermediary of archives from two aspects: the theory of intermediary and external representation. On the basis of distinguishing from other intermediary institutions, it is analyzed that archives have the characteristics of non-profit, public, non-obvious, and transmission fidelity in realizing the intermediary function. The theoretical disclosure of the intermediary functions of archives promotes the further expansion of the research perspective. To a certain extent, the concept of intermediary can be used to guide the transformation of the comprehensive archives.
