健康医疗大数据背景下我国医院档案管理研究：需求、转变与对策

摘要
国家大数据战略推动健康医疗大数据应用发展,这对医院档案管理提出了新的需求,档案工作须适应技术、管理、服务、政策、战略和治理层面的发展变革。医院档案管理要做好工作规划,转变思想观念,加强资源建设,执行政策调整,提供保障支持,服务国家治理,积极发挥档案工作在健康医疗大数据建设中的重要作用,为建设人民满意的医疗卫生事业贡献档案智慧。
Abstract
：The national big data strategy promotes the application and development of health care big data. Under this background, new requirements are put forward for hospital archives management. Archival work must adapt to the development and reform of technology, management, service, policy, strategy and governance. Hospital archives management should make good work planning, change ideas, strengthen resource construction, implement policy adjustment, provide guarantee support, and serve national governance. In this way, the archival work can actively play an important role in the construction of health care big data, and contribute archival wisdom to the construction of people's satisfactory medical and health services.
