概念、内容与定位：我国档案数据治理研究的理论坐标

摘要

开展档案数据治理研究与实践是国家治理现代化和信息资源数据化双重背景下的发展需求,从学理层面分析档案数据治理研究的现状与发展,对于档案数据治理实践和档案学理论构建都具有重要意义。论文对我国现有的档案数据治理相关研究文献进行内容分析,梳理并阐释了现有研究对于档案数据治理概念范畴、内容结构和功能定位的理解。在此基础上,提出档案数据治理研究的理论坐标应当是对档案信息治理理论的转型,对档案数据管理理论体系的深化,以及对档案管理理论的外部拓展。

Abstract

：The promotion of research and practices on archival data governance is demanded by the dual tendencies of the modernization of national governance and the datafication of information resources. By analyzing the status quo and development of archival data governance from the academic realm, it aimed to make progresses for both the practice of archival data governance and theory construction of archival science. This paper included a content analysis on current literatures related to archival data governance. With interpretation, it sorted out current understandings on the conceptual scope, content structure and functional position of archival data governance. It finally put forward a notion of the theoretical coordinate of archival data governance research, which should be localized as the transformation of the archival information governance theory, the accentuation to the system of archival data management theory, and the external expansion to the archival management theory.
