《黑图档·嘉庆朝》所见盛京刑部档案分类研究

摘要

盛京刑部是盛京区域治理体系的重要组成部分。为了扩大其研究范围,挖掘盛京刑部的研究资料十分必要。《黑图档·嘉庆朝》为研究盛京刑部提供了种类繁多的档案,可以按照不同的分类标准进行划分,通过划分盛京刑部档案可以看到《黑图档·嘉庆朝》为我们提供了丰富多样的司法实践活动,可以展开多方面的研究。

Abstract

：Board of Punishments in Shengjing was important component of shengjing regional governance system. In order to expand the scope of its research, it is necessary to excavate its research materials of Board of Punishments in Shengjing. Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing Period provides a wide variety of archives for the study of Board of Punishments in Shengjing, which can be divided according to different classification standards. Through the division of the archives of Board of Punishments in Shengjing, we can find that Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing Period provides us with very rich and diverse judicial practice activities, which can be carried out in many aspects of research.
