媒体融合语境下档案信息服务质量：价值、机理及提升策略

摘要

为切实把握媒体融合的发展契机,促进档案信息服务质量提升,本文通过梳理国内外档案信息服务研究成果,阐释媒体融合对档案信息服务提升的价值,并基于用户至上原则、信息安全原则构建媒体融合语境下档案信息服务质量运行机理,从思维、内容、技术、人才四个维度提出其策略,以期为档案服务工作提供新的研究视角。

Abstract

：In order to effectively grasp the development opportunity of media convergence, promote the improvement of archival information services quality. Through combing the research results of archival information services at home and abroad, explaining the value of media convergence to the improvement of archival information services, and constructing the operational mechanism of archival information services quality in the context of media convergence based on the principle of user first and information security. And its strategy is proposed from four dimensions of thinking, content, technology, and talents, so as to provide a new research perspective for archival services work.
