基于黑白名单的档案智能鉴定方法研究

摘要

本文在分析当前档案智能鉴定普遍做法的基础上,结合计算机系统中常用的黑白名单技术原理,介绍了一种综合档案鉴定要求和“大数据”建设思想的“黑白名单鉴定法”,并辅以程序流程图、伪代码和黑白名单作进一步说明,提出此方法在电子档案管理系统中的实现方式和有关要求,为更好地实现电子档案智能鉴定提供参考借鉴。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the current common practice of intelligently archives appraisal, combined with the technical principles of black and white lists commonly used in computer systems, this paper introduces a "black and white list appraisal method" that integrates the requirements of archives appraisal and the construction idea of "big data". At the same time, the program flow chart, the black and white list, and the pseudo code are supplemented for further explanation. This paper puts forward the implementation method and related requirements of this method in the electronic archives management system, which can provide reference for realizing the intelligently electronic archives appraisal.
