社群档案与遗产组织（CAHG）2012—2019年获奖项目分析与启示

摘要
“社群档案”作为最初为弱势群体发声的非主流群体的档案,近些年来日益受到国内外学界的关注。与国外不同,我国的社群档案建设较多集中于自上而下式,对草根的关注不够,一定程度上导致了大众和某些弱势社群记录的缺失。CAHG作为关注社群档案与遗产的组织,长期以来致力于英国和爱尔兰地区的社群档案发展,吸引了不少社群的关注;其自2012年开始举办至今的年度社群档案评奖项目关注群体多样、评选范围广、标准独特、方式灵活等,对活跃和推进社群档案发展起到了良好的引导作用。本研究对CAHG的历年获奖项目进行分析,提出我国的社群档案发展应增强社群档案观念,围绕多中心开展,运用多种方式促进成果外化利用以及借鉴CAHG经验进行项目评选活动等。

Abstract
"Community archives", as the archives of non-mainstream groups who initially spoke for vulnerable groups, have been increasingly concerned by academic circles at home and abroad in recent years. Different from other countries, the construction of community archives in China focuses on the top-down style, and pays less attention to grass roots, which to some extent leads to the lack of records of the public and some vulnerable communities. CAHG, as an organization focusing on community archives and heritage, has long been committed to the development of community archives in the UK and Ireland, attracting the attention of many communities. Since 2012, CAHG's annual community archives award program has focused on diverse groups, wide selection range, unique standards and flexible ways, which has played a good guiding role in activating and promoting the development of community archives. This study analyzes the award-winning projects of CAHG over the years, and proposes that the development of community archives in China should enhance the concept of community archives, focus on multicenter development, use various ways to promote the external use of achievements, and use the experience of CAHG for project selection.
