王在晋档案文献编纂意识及其启示— 以《海防纂要》为例

摘要

《海防纂要》是由明末名臣王在晋任职浙江提刑按察使期间所编纂的一部全面介绍明代海防的专题著述。《海防纂要》成书于明万历年间,该书在继承《筹海图编》《筹海重编》等旧有海防史籍相关记载的基础上,广征博引,旁搜远绍,内容丰富,编排合理且详略得当,以经世致用为主要目的,是王在晋档案文献编纂意识的集中体现。王在晋的档案文献编纂实践及其编纂意识对当下档案文献编研工作仍具有启发和借鉴意义。

Abstract

：Hai Fang Zuan Yao is a special work that comprehensively introduces coastal defence in Ming Dynasty, which was compiled by Wang Zaijin, a famous minister during his tenure as the provincial magistrate of Zhejiang Province in the Wanli Period of Ming Dynasty. On the basis of inheriting the relevant records of the old coastal defense historical records such as Chou Hai Tu Bian andChou Hai Chong Bian, the book widely quotes a variety of archival documents and historical materials; rich in content, reasonable in arrangement and appropriate in detail, with the main purpose of being practical. It is the concentrated embodiment of Wang Zaijin's thought of compiling archival documents. Wang Zaijin's consciousness of archival document compilation still has inspiration and reference significance for current archival document compilation.
