档案现实用户与潜在用户利用偏好调查研究

摘要

了解用户的利用偏好对于档案利用工作的推进具有重要意义。文章通过问卷调查的方法调查现实用户和潜在用户的利用档案内容偏好、接受档案信息途径偏好以及接受档案信息时的关注因素。结果表明档案现实用户和潜在用户在利用偏好方面具有很高的相似性;档案机构基本满足用户的利用偏好;大多数潜在用户对于档案及其机构认知有限,普及档案基础知识应是档案机构宣传的重点;档案服务个性化是巩固现实用户、吸引潜在用户的必然趋势。

Abstract

：It is very important to understand the user's preferences for the advancement of archives utilization. Through the method of questionnaire survey, this paper investigates the preferences of real users and potential users in the use of archival content, the way of receiving archival information, and the key factors in receiving archival information. The results show that there is a high similarity between real users and potential users in the utilization preferences; the archives basically meet the user's utilization preferences; most potential users have limited cognition of archives and its organization, so popularizing basic knowledge of archives should be the focus of propaganda of archives; the individualization of archives services is the inevitable trend to consolidate the real users and attract potential users.
