“智能+”时代档案管理方法创新探讨

摘要

大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字技术正推动人类社会迎来人机协同、跨界融合、共创分享的“智能+”时代。与此同时,数字技术在档案工作中的运用会极大地提升档案智能化管理水平,减轻档案工作人员的压力,提高档案工作的质量与效率。本文通过对我国当前档案智能化管理的实践现状进行梳理,深入分析其目前面临的挑战,从而提出“智能+”时代档案管理方式的转变需要提高档案智能化管理意识、加快数据驱动、创新技术应用以及深化开放合作。

Abstract

：Big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other digital technologies are pushing human society to embrace the "intelligence+" era of man-machine collaboration, cross-border integration, and co-creation and sharing. At the same time, the application of digital technology in archival work will greatly improve the level of intelligent management of archives, reduce the pressure of archivists, and improve the quality and efficiency of archival work. Through combing the current practice situation of archives intelligent management in China and deeply analyzing the challenges it faces, this paper puts forward that the transformation of archives management mode in the "intelligent+" era needs to enhance the awareness of archives intelligent management, accelerate data-driven, innovate the application of technology and deepen the open cooperation.
