数字档案馆建设的创新与发展— 以浙江省档案馆创建全国示范数字档案馆为例

摘要
推进电子文件和电子档案单套归档与管理试点,抓好数字档案馆（室）建设,尤其是通过推进全国档案查询利用服务平台建设,建立联通各级综合档案馆的档案查询利用服务机制,实现档案查询一网通办是今后一个时期档案信息化建设的重要内容。本文试从浙江省档案馆创建全国示范数字档案馆为例,谈谈对电子文件归档、数字档案馆系统建设的认识。
Abstract
：It is an important content of archives information construction in the future to promote the pilot project of single set filing and management of electronic records and electronic archives, to focus on the construction of digital archives. Among them, the most important is to promote the construction of national service platform for archives query and utilization, to establish the service mechanism for archives query and utilization that connects all levels of comprehensive archives, and to realize the unified operation of archives query. Based on the experience of Zhejiang Provincial Archives in establishing national demonstration digital archives, this paper tries to discuss the understanding of electronic document filing and digital archives construction.
