基于都柏林核心元素集的口述档案元数据方案

摘要

口述档案是特定群体构建和保存集体记忆的重要载体。近年来,各种口述史项目形成了数量众多的口述档案数字资源。但是,由于缺乏相应的标准,这些数字资源的元数据都存在一定的不规范现象,制约着后续的开发、利用以及共享。本文以都柏林核心元素集（Dublin Core）为基础,结合对国内15个和国外12个口述史项目数据库的网络调查,提出了一个由22个元素构成的口述档案元数据方案。通过对顺德图书馆“顺德·口述历史”项目的案例检验,表明这一元数据方案对于口述档案有着较好的适用性。

Abstract

：Oral archives are important carriers for specific groups to construct and preserve their collective memory. In recent years, various oral history projects have established a large number of digital oral archives resources. However, due to the lack of metadata standards, these digital resources are not standardized, which restricts the subsequent development, utilization and sharing. Based on the Dublin core data set and combined with the investigation of 15 domestic and 12 abroad oral history databases, this paper proposes a metadata scheme of oral archives composed of 22 elements. A case study of the“Shunde·Oral History”database established by Shunde Library shows that this metadata scheme has a good applicability.
