我国少数民族档案文献遗产保护政策量化研究—— 基于128份政策文本的内容分析

摘要
本文在构建少数民族档案文献遗产保护政策分析框架的基础上,通过量化研究对我国少数民族档案文献遗产保护政策工具的结构,以及政策内容进行了分析,并从促进少数民族档案文献遗产保护政策工具结构的合理化、提高少数民族档案文献遗产抢救与保护政策的可操作性、推动少数民族档案文献遗产利用服务政策的完善化三个方面提出了政策调整的建议。
Abstract
：On the basis of constructing the policy analysis framework, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the policy tools structure and policy contents for the protection of minority documentary heritage in China, and puts forward suggestions on policy adjustment from three aspects promoting the rationalization of policy tools structure, improving the operability of rescue and protection policies, and promoting the perfection of utilization and services policies.
