摘要

本文通过梳理六届全国档案工作者年会主题及特点,窥见我国档案事业的发展轨迹：即基于对职责和使命的坚守而健康发展,基于对发展与变化的适应而稳步前进,基于对机遇与挑战的应对而突破创新;在此基础上,结合我国档案实践工作特点和现状,提出未来我国档案事业发展应尤其关注充分释放档案资源的价值,探索档案事业发展的中国特色,在注重协同中更好地实现档案事业发展目标,以及将先进技术有效融入档案事业发展。

Abstract

By sorting out the theme and characteristics of the six national annual meetings of archivists, this paper has a glimpse of the development track of china’s archival undertaking: healthy development based on adherence to duties and missions, steady progress based on adaptation to development and change and breakthrough and innovation based on the response to opportunities and challenges. On this basis, combining the characteristics and current situation of archives practice in China, it points out that the future development of archives in China should pay special attention to the full release of the value of archives resources, explore the Chinese characteristics of the development of archives, better realize the development goals of archives in the focus on coordination, and effectively integrate advanced technology into the development of archival undertaking.
